This notice is provided to you in accordance with Federal Communications Commission Regulations
implimenting the Telephone Consumer Act of 1991.

As a subscriber to our wireline telephone service, you are entitled to be protected from receiving
unwanted solicitations from telemarketers. However, inorder to receive this protection, you must
first register your telephone number with the national do-not-call registry -- a database that has
been established for this purpose by the federal government.

Once you register your phone number, it will remain in the national do-not-call database for five
years, at which time you may re-register your number for an aditional five-year period. You may
remove your number from the database at any time.

To register your number in the database or to remove a previously registered number, you may either,
call (888) 382-1222 or provide this information over the Internet at http://www.donotcall.gov/
